Our skilled facilitators can partner with you to design a meaningful and engaging retreat or off-site meeting for your leadership team or selected staff. Annual events offer a tremendous opportunity to take stock of the previous year and/or activities, reconnect with teammates, chart upcoming goals, and align your organization's high priority ticket items. Our team can facilitate around a theme (e.g. leadership, value driven service, or self-awareness) or focus on the nuts and bolts of planning for the coming year. In either scenario, the goal is to have participants leave with a renewed sense of purpose and concrete action items that the team can monitor and track for completion.
