For managers needing employee risk management tools, customized one-to-one management consultations can be provided. FOH also offers tools to help managers improve their own professional skills.
Our counselors consult with supervisors, managers, and union representatives to effectively help them identify best practices for engaging with employees on productivity concerns and performance and conduct issues, along with managing crises and workplace changes.
EAP counselors provide guidance and consultation so that supervisors and managers can effectively identify, interact with, and refer employees with performance or conduct issues to the program. Counselors are available 24/7 to discuss performance concerns and the appropriate EAP intervention.
The FOH Management Coaching Program is a new EAP service now available to all civilian managers and supervisors.
