Participating organizations receive utilization reports
from our custom-designed EAP Information System (EAPIS). While these
reports protect employee confidentiality, they provide management
with valuable information regarding EAP usage and trend analysis.
Reports include aggregated data on:
- Referral source
- New cases
- Number of employee risk management consultations
- Training and education activities
This information and subsequent trend analysis may
identify needs such as additional training, new policy development,
and/or services to improve employee morale and productivity.
